In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged during shipping you will receive a full refund or replacement if you provide all of the original packaging for the shipper's inspection within 28 days of receiving your parcel.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order you can make a return within 28 days of receipt of your order. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage occurred during a return, therefore we strongly recommend that you repackage the item well, use a reputable delivery company and insure and track the parcel.
